Check your connection and try a clearer photo. A free scan is used only when ValueScan returns a valuation.

About market values

Values are resale estimates, not certified appraisals or guaranteed sale prices. Verify condition and current listings before buying, selling, insuring, or reporting an item.

Restore a purchase

Open ValueScan, go to Profile, and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase.

Manage or cancel

Use Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your iPhone. ValueScan refreshes access when the app opens and returns to the foreground.

Changed Apple Accounts?

Apple receipts belong to the purchasing account. Sign back in to that account, then restore purchases.
